Proclamation of Vekaro.

 

I, Abner Rahl, Marshal of the Decterum, faithful servant to the house of Carrion, hereby relinquish the sectors of the city of Vekaro controlled by The Decterum, to the young Stran Roy Carrion, the rightful Lord of the city of Vekaro, as a show of loyalty to the House of Carrion.

The young Stran is tasked to restore the city to its former glory by expanding the city, and provide homing and shelter for both the people of the Ruska and members of the heartland, should they wish to live there. The Decterum will continue to protect the residents of Vekaro, remain stationed within the main Keep, and be free to conduct military procedures, training exercises, and events in and outside of the city.

Long live the Decterum, Long live House Carrion, Long live the Oren Empire!
