Regarding Houses. [Vekaro]

 

Due to the large renovation of houses, I regret to inform you all that house’s within the city are currently unavailable for sale. Due to the fact previous owners decided to alter the interior work and create 1x1 tunnels over to their friends houses, to ensure that all houses are friendly and made to perfection, I have had to suspend the sale of houses.

Temporarily Evictions.

 

ll current occupants of houses are temporarily evicted from their houses, once more I regret to do such a thing, but for the cities benefit it is important that I do such a thing to make sure all buildings are fit to requirements (many buildings exterior/interior work has been damaged and replaced with… god knows what.) Current house owners will be given appropriate areas to store their items.

(Renovations are to be completed by the end of the working week, Friday 2nd May)

 

Future house renting!

 

Yep! Its happening, many people may be baffled by this, but it was technique that worked brilliant in Abresi, members would pay their rent via buying taxation slips which they then slip into their taxation chest, this gives me an understanding of who is active, and who is not. (I would much rather have my houses rented, then sold and never hearing from that person again) Though, some good news in this, taxation won’t cost much at all!

(Hovels will are tax free and sold for what they are.)

Don’t let any of this put you off, as I said earlier, house renovations will be sorted at the end of the week, meaning houses will be available for rent, feel free to PM me if you have any questions regarding this topic.
