Unable To Recover Forum Account

Hey, so I joined the server back in 2011 and had a forum account, yet I changed the email address as it was rather personal and I didn't want it to be clear after seeing that you could view them on a VBulletin forum which I was an admin on, and the username to make it more relevant in RP.

However I have now forgotten my password, and the username/email recovery is not able to work, could anyone please tell me the email address for this account
