"Vacines are being given out by the Kirkja Dverga to all who need of immunity to this great tragedy in Kal'Arkon.

Anyone, regardless of alliance, race or religion you will be cured of your aliment and given immunity.

Merely come and submit your full name and you will drink it. No spare potions will be given out, we do not want a market to form from a public good that all of this realm deserve for free.

As such, donations of materials would be greatly appreciated."

A tall, golden-clad high elf is seen marching away from one of the posters at a steady pace. Upon closer inspection, one would note that a small, unbearably snarky note had appeared. 

 

"One would note that you have misspelled "vaccine", dwarf. One would never yield one's trust to a self-proclaimed healer that cannot spell such a vital medical term. It must be a fake or, worse, a poison. Those of a height leaning towards the stoutish side are never to be trusted. This is a blatant political maneuver. Elmali and elvalah have already been handing out the cure while the Dwarves and Orcs distributed it among themselves and their allies to obtain an advantage in war. Only once the Empire of Oren released the cure to all did the Dwarves attempt to save face by distributing it. Disgusting."
