Hello, I am sorry for only joining the server and instantly making a feedback post... ~(>_<~) though I hope this helps!

When I joined, I didn't understand what was going on! (´･_･`) But luckily I had a friend that helped me! (○｀ε´○)／＼(○｀ε´○)

What I am talking about is, that's what I saw and see when logging on. I think that you should add a couple lines about the commands "/helpmenu" and "/roleplay" because I was running in circles.

I tried "/help" but that didn't even understand anything I wrote! (;¬_¬)

We're in a bit of an odd patch right now, we are on LotC version 3.5 (a temporary map before version 4.0 hits within the next few weeks). The upcoming map will have a tutorial area, so that should end up clearing away problems like this. :)

Well, /help is actually a channel for players having questions about the server and such, so you should just use /join help and then use /help to talk there if you have any questions. And yeah, as the person above me just said, the next map will have a tutorial area for all the new players.

Yea, like the others have said, when the new map is released in the next month there will be a tutorial area which new players will spawn in, and this should make things smoother.

I think folks in the help channel just need to be more responsive and active. Perhaps a staff team of "Guides" whose duty is to support the help/WS chat?

We did previously have a staff team called the 'Guides'. But they were removed, I can't remember why though.
