Get Rid Of/cap Chickens

Please remove the superfluous amount of clucking lag factories from the game. I've compiled 7 reasons why:

 

1. Chickens cut the global friendly mob spawn rate. Basically because they reproduce in such exorbitant amounts, it's possible to flood the mob cap with your chickens until there are no cows or pigs to be found elsewhere.
2. The above problem basically ruins Leatherworking and Breeding, because there are no cows/pigs/sheepies around to start farms with. I have found no cows since the first day because of battery farm chickens.
3. I am certain we'd get at least a minor performance increase without a huge quantity of chickens for the server to render.
4. Ditto on eggs, the server has to render each egg the chickens fart out as a dropped item.
5. Clucking noises piss me off, and egg drops slow down framerates. 
6. They don't provide a resource that couldn't be allocated to another mob (Make zombies drop feathers etc.)
7. Anyone can basically start a chicken farm in their basement, provided they have hay bales and eggs. It makes towns even laggier, because someone has created a basement chicken coop.

I suggest:

• Make chickens only drop eggs when bred (with seeds)
• Cap their numbers to something realistic, and then when that threshold has been reached, make it impossible to breed more chickens.
• Make zombies drop feathers.
• Make sheep drop chicken meat (lamb/mutton)

Same in the snelf city, all the chickens were recently but to the blade during a raid. (/rhyme)

I don't mind if the chickens are capped, as long as other animals take their place. I've been eating nothing but chicken meat for the past 4 days due to buying food one day, and the next, it is rotten.

I know where two cows are just outside of the worldborder. I will sell them for like 5000 minas.
