The Loss Of A Comedy Legend

I'm not sure how many of you are aware, but we lost a legend today. Robin Williams, star of such movies as Mrs Doubtfire, Jack, What Dreams May Come, ect, was found dead today of apparent suicide.

Robin was one of the first actors that I remember clearly in my mind. I remember being a child and watching him in Jack, then hearing him voice the Genie and yelling "Daddy! That the Jack man!"
My entire family has enjoyed his work for years, Mrs Doubtfire being one of the best I ever saw. Ironically, What Dreams May Come was amazing as well.

Robin, may you find the peace in death you never found in life. May you make the angels laugh as much as you made all of us. You will live on forever in your work and in the hearts of those who loved your films.

RIP, Robin Williams.

It's a shame that sometimes, those that are so happy, inspirational, and outgoing on the outside are depressed on the inside. RIP Robin Williams.

...

It feels oddly personal, his death, to me.

He brought so much happiness to me (And so many others), from early childhood, even to today...

And admittedly- today was the worst day in history for me to walk outside belting "Never Had A Friend Like Me."

“It is a curious thing, the death of a loved one. We all know that our time in this world is limited, and that eventually all of us will end up underneath some sheet, never to wake up. And yet it is always a surprise when it happens to someone we know. It is like walking up the stairs to your bedroom in the dark, and thinking there is one more stair than there is. Your foot falls down, through the air, and there is a sickly moment of dark surprised as you try and adjust the way you thought of things.”

― Lemony Snicket, Horseradish
