The Cardboard Box That Arrived

There is a slight ruckus in the morning and over at the entrance to the Settlement, there is a small cardboard box marked "Not a Willowbottom, Don't throw in the lake." Inside the box is a small halfling child with black hair and green eyes. He looks energetic and fun.

Garmel stares at the box with a confused look on his face

"Ah guesh ah should sen' et.. hmm nah address eh.."

Garmel then goes to throw it off into the lake

Garmel then goes to walk off with a shrug leaving it where it is.

"Ya cute li'le lad. Ima keep ya"

 

He looks both ways before taking the child out of the box and shall care for it as if it were his own

A hobo steals the box after the halfling cub has been removed. It will make a fine mobile home.
