[Ooc] Shamanism Application Thread

            The point of this thread is to begin separating RP-motivated shamans from those who want to OOCly-motivate themselves. Shamanism is a very diverse magic, a very rare magic, and a very special magic. It is not meant to exist for others to simply use it for the OOC position within the Orcs, neither is it to be used as something that is JUST meant to benefit you. Shamanism is meant to be fun, and I feel very saddened to have to begin sorting through the shamans like a deck of cards to make sure that they’re in place.

            Don’t fuss, this application is meant for the betterment of the Orcs both OOCly and ICly. Those who want to create suspense within the Orcish community, feel free to apply, those who want to have shamanism as a “social rank” just to be able to give commands, or simply to just screw around in RP and make a big mess of things, then please do not apply.

 

            Don’t stress, this application takes time, but it pays off for both me and you. This is to merely test if you’re OOCly interested in creating and expanding Orcish RP.

Very brief description on your character (can be just a few lines): Mitz'Dom is a brother of Fitz'Dom. He grew up with a mother and father, Ritz and Litz. Mitz'Dom was always interested in following in his fathers footsteps, so, Mitz wanted to learn about shamanism. He had always watched his father when he was doing shamanism.

 

Race: Goblin

 

Age: 134

 

Character’s personality, what separates him from other Shamans?: Mitz'Dom can be different because of his HUGE amount of interest in shamanism. In his free time, he would sneak into chests and find books of shamanism and study them. He takes alot of pride in his work.

 

Character weaknesses/strengths?: Mitz'Dom's weakness is staying focused. Mitz would frequently be distracted if he is in a situation in which he is nervous.

 

Why do you wish to RP a Shaman?: Because I believe RPing as a shaman will be fun for me and my friends and the rest of the atmosphere. Also, it's something new to me, I have never been actually interested in magic.

 

Learning Experience: Mitz has already been sent to the spiritual plane and had experienced other types of shamanism in the palm of Rusk's hands. Rusk has also taught Mitz that there is a balance of nature and what to know about elementalism.

Character biography, explain how he/she caught an interest for Shamanism: On a rainy day, Rusk'Dom approached Mitz. Rusk talked about his success in shamanism. Mitz seemed interested in Rusk's position in shamanism. Mitz kept taking private lessons with Rusk, and they have had a very close relationship with him. Later, Rusk decided it would be a good idea to adopt Mitz
