I am requesting something that would require all the derp you can handle when and if you can do it.

You know mega milk? Of course you do.... 

This request isnt entirely specific, but a variant of Mega Milk in which it is a Dwarf holding up his beard and saying "Mega Beard".

The choice is yours if you wish to take it my friend, for this is probably the derpest you will ever derp.

 

So, here you go. You do not have to follow the skin on this or anything, since that can be up to you. Give it the biggest, most fluffiest beard you can think of to hold it up my friend, something that would trump mega milk in your eyes.

Nothing is sacred, all for the derp.
