He says to himself, "Well t'en.... ah guhess Ko'vad seems tah ma'e enemmes wiff aneh'un t'a's no' unead even. Heh, t'is is quoite funneh. Tah fink so'ces ove evil would do t'is does worreh meh 'bit. Hmmmm" Lilum begins writing on a parchment, and puts it next to the original post, along with sending blind tunnel rats to hand all of the papers out. It reads, "'I have no problem with fighting alongside you all. The only way others can fully trust you creatures, is if you pay for your crimes. This includes: All Necromancers after the war with "Iblees" and his Undead minions must go through the process of getting rid of your magicks All Necromancers must give information about past and present, and perhaps future, bases All Necromancers must stand trial for past crimes, along with present The names of all of the Necromancers and their true identities must be given to the people of then land If the Necromancers leave in the middle of fighting the Undead, all Necromancers will be hunted down and killed or jailed This is an ultimatum for others to read and give their yay or naes. For those that wish to write in this box, feel free to attach this note you received from this blind tunnel rat."
