THE PRIVY COUNCIL

The Privy Council is to act as the supreme legislative body in the realm, second to none in terms of its administrative capabilities. It is to be chaired by the Prime Minister and composed of two main sections - the Cabinet, which is appointed exclusively by the Prime Minister, and the Crown, whose positions can only be appointed by the monarch. Both halves of the Privy Council come together to form a cohesive unit in terms of governance, the entire council answering directly to the Prime Minister.

The Cabinet is appointed for terms of three years - except in extraordinary circumstances, the Cabinet cannot be interfered with in-between the dates where the cycle of terms is renewed.

The Prime Minister himself is appointed by the monarch on these dates. After a three-year term, the monarch can choose to renew his tenure as Prime Minister for another three-year term, and if successful in retaining his position the Prime Minister can optionally reshuffle his Cabinet.
