[Bug] Chair Glitch

This was a bit scary. I wont be using the format cause I dont know if I can recreate it.

I was sitting in the Ker'lomi tavern in one of the new "chairs". I rp'd and then got up to go about 30 blocks from the rp. Now, I could /still/ hear the whispers from Samsan's character 30 blocks away. I asked if he was glitching. He tried to hit me out of the chair (which he saw) yet I was being hit 30 blocks away on my screen.

It was unnerving. I had him go near the door and was able to punch him which was a good 10 blocks away from where he saw me.

Upon relog, I was back in the chair. This is a bit of a scary glitch to me as ghosting can lead to abuse of the plugin.

This happens a lot, you kind of fall off the chair, and then you can walk around, but your real location is still at the chair. No one can see you, but you can see them. If you talk, you talk in the chair. You can only listen to onversations next to the chair. You can't get damaged while walking around because you're not really there.

To exit that weird mode, crouch.

Worse is when you're sitting in a chair and fall to the basement...

Its still a glitch that should get fixed cause you can enter homes like normal, you can metagame so easily doing this glitch

Any chance we can actually get this plugin fixed and not ignored?

They fixed the worst part which was the ability to steal from locked chests while in the bug.

Yeah.. I discovered this glitch awhile back and this was the main problem with it. I tested each exploit possible with it and the stealing from chests was the only one that I actually found useful.

I found this glitch to also be useful in exploring locked homes as locks do not apply to your "ghost" self so this effectively leave high metagaming ability, including but not limited to: exploring normally unreachable areas, spying on who is meeting with who, having advanced notice of attacks.
