It is this day, on the 9th of the Deep Cold, 1483, that we formally recognize the release of Sillumir Braxus Ni'leya from active duty. A loyal and capable soldier, of whom many had their doubts, served well and with grace in his final days. Gone missing several days ago during a high-risk recon mission, I can only imagine the worst. May he someday be returned to us, if he lives. And if he is dead, then his death will be honoured and remembered.
