Uldar Irongut would write a letter to the Council of Thanes, written in elegant handwriting. He would also distribute copies of the same letter to various places around the KIngdom of Urguan.

"In the case of a tie, a tie breaking conclave shall be held at a location designated by the High Prophet on the stone day immediately preceding the election stone week. In this conclave, only the votes of Prophets who attend in person shall be counted, and votes may only be cast for the tied candidates with the highest number of votes. In the case of a tie at the conclave, the High Prophet shall choose the candidate who he considers most personally honorable."

That is an excerpt from the first amendment of our very own Articles of Urguan. Now, you might ask the significance of that, of which I will reply that the Thanes of the Clan Council have blatantly disregarded the Articles that hold our very Kingdom together. Rather than to follow the word of those who represent the Brathmordakin, the Prophets, they have taken it upon themselves to decide our Grand King through means of a "Holy Coin-toss". Where, I ask, in the articles does it state that such an exception may be made?"

At the bottom in very large letters, in tribute to the disposed King Midgor Ireheart, it states plainly,

"Tyranny Manifest."

"Dunnae worreh, Uldar. All shall beh considered." Verthaik says to Uldar as he lightly pats his back.
