A Declaration of Grievances Against the

Woeful Silir'Ilume

Let it be known that the Republic of Laureh'lin henceforth declares, with great sorrow, a temporary state of no confidence in the leadership of Haelun'or for presenting Silir'ilume with the title of High-Asshat and failing to place in check these declared grievances. This declaration of no confidence will immediately be rescinded upon the replacement of Silir'ilume as High-Asshat. It is the staunch position of Laureh'lin that Sohaer Lelien embodies all the qualities a Sohaershould, and therefore that she ought, in the event there is no suitable replacement, ascend to the position of total leadership of Leyulin.

The Silver State of Haelun’or lists a mere fraction of these grievances as follows:

  • The LIQUIFICATION of mere children of Mali, the gravest of all crimes.

  • The erstwhile breach of the terms of Haler’nor signed by the leaders of elmali’aheral.

  • Intentional attacks on the residents of Laureh'lin both physically and verbally.

  • Attacks on the various stalwart human allies of Laureh'lin.

  • The intentional undermining of relations between the respectable Kingdom of Urguan and the Kingdom of Aesterwald.

  • Inciting the ire of Fiandra by encouraging and spearheading attacks and incursions, thus placing all Elven land in grave risk.

  • The harbouring of the cultist and murderer KALENZ URADIR, despite multiple refused requests for extradition and trial.

  • The harbouring of the murderer and outlaw KALAMEET IZALITH, despite multiple refused requests for extradition and trial.

  • The harbouring of the impure nation-killer known as SILIR'ILUME, branded as a supporter of chaos.

  • The knowing harbouring and declared support of the tyrannical fallen elf known simple as DURION URADIR, whose genocidal crimes are beyond all measure.

  • The open, mocking acceptance of the titles “Malinor” and “New Malinor” when offered, thus cementing this idealism.

  • The acknowledgement of cultist infestations within Haelun'or and inaction in their removal.

  • The infringement upon the borders of Leyulin with armed parties of soldiers.

  • Failure to respect the sovereignty of Laureh'lin

  • The discouragement of the dark elven populace of Haelun'or, and the stifling of their culture.

  • Insanity, screams of gods in the sky and bias from forces unknown.

  • The active and discreetly declared threat of war against Laureh'lin as a tactic of intimidation, and expressed cowardice and failure to acknowledge when approached in a public forum.

  • The open, declared support of the genocide against the peaceful MALI'AME, declared allies of Haelun’or.

The Republic of Laureh'lin recognizes that the High-Asshat Silir'ilume will denounce these claims as fallacious, but wishes to let all know that these statements are true and must be acted upon. These grievances stretch for generations and continue to grow. As a result of these grievances, the Republic of Laureh'lin will extend the following offer to the Mali'ker of Leyulin:

"We'll give that shiny new temple of yours some statues of your liking, maybe some figures of the druidic aspects if your willing, and otherwise continue being good friends with each other!"

Ibar reads the text, sending a reply to Artimec "If this is your will, we can arrange Lelien to lead your nation at once".

*Iat laughs before letting his head fall into a small shake* "So this is the way a so called leader acts? And we high elves are called the pretentious ones. We made no attempts at disallowing the alliance. It is always some wood elf that is trying to stir up war. Don't speak as if you were a child of Malin if your actions say otherwise."

Lucius facepalms at the actions of both parties, "God damnit! Nobody knows how to resolve things without pointing fingers and getting their hairs in a knot"

A note is delivered to Iat's desk!

"The state of Leyulin is seeking no war with Haelun'or and any conflicts caused between the two states will be because Haelun'or consciously chose to do so! :)"

The happy face is indeed drawn in daintily, with the stroke of a skilled calligrapher.

Art snorts, and otherwise ignores the document.
"This is dumb."

"He calls a document dumb, and then goes ahead and alters it to be ten times as pathetic as the original!",

exclaims Atlas with his brow furrowed.

Someone might also point out that this response is hardly ignoring

Silir'ilume's document, as it was suggested Artimec did.
