The Republic of Laureh’lin and the Silver State of Haelun’or hereby deem Artimec Camoryn a pariah amongst the elves for his wayward actions which have led the elven nations of Haelun’or, Malinor and Convlavia to ruin in the past. It is clear he is no friend of Malin or Larihei, for his presence leads to the decay and destruction of all elven order. II. Artimec Camoryn is exiled from the lands of the Silver State of Haelun’or and The Republic Of Laureh’lin in perpetuity and it is the position of the two states that all who deem him a wise leader are to be scorned. III. The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Republic Of Laureh’lin herbey enter into a Defensive Pact with one another, bound to defend the lands of eachother from the vile schemes of Artimec Camoryn and his allies. IV. An extradition treaty shall come into effect between The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Republic of Laureh’lin regarding criminals found in either nation whereby each nation may be implored by the other to hand over vile criminals should a valid crime be proven. V. Dwyn Tinuvial is hereby appointed High Chancellor of Laureh’lin with the total unwavering support and acceptance of the Silver State of Haelun’or and the lawful citizenry of The Republic of Laureh’lin. VI. All former treaties between the two signatory nations are hereby void.
