Uh.. I'm not sure if that's sarcasm but to /actually/ learn necromancy

You need a necromancer who has the power to push life force into your body, to give you more. So you can actually drain something for the first time, basically. Then after a couple o' doses of that you should have a sufficient amount of lifeforce to be able to drain on your own..

Also it takes a good couple of (IG) years of learning biology.
