I am currently serving a ban, I am very disappointed in myself and there is nobody to differ any blame to except for myself. Last Sunday night I used Force Field hacks and was assigned a ban length which will be ending soon. I realized that I am highly disappointed in how I am presenting myself and acting on the server. I have a plan to improve my standings though in a way that should benefit myself and the community. If my laptop can handle it and maintain a decent fps I will begin streaming my adventures on LotC. I hope I can be supported in this endeavor and hope a few of you guys will stop bye and check me out when I stream.

Try to contact someone on MT with a few hours before you go live so someone can post a link. I am on the twittersphere so you can tell me for one.

 

But if you we are posting your link please don't badmouth staff or use overtly foul language or any of those types of things. You become in some way representative of the server when we link to you, so be on good behaviour!

A few hours? I plan on streaming whenever I am on which might make notification difficult but I can try, I am working out the kinks of how to stream now and will file the appeal then. I will probably also be in Skype calls and TS chats and I can't quite control what the other people will be saying, but I will try to make it somewhat decent and humane. I hope I represent the server positively. If the streams go well I will probably create a MT App and hope for an acceptance, but that's neither here nor there, so I will work on streaming ASAP.

PMs work well but will definitely need a fair amount of time. Whereas if you get a manager's skype deets you can get them pretty quickly. Or just talk to me on Skype. Doesn't need to be so far in advance if you can get someone who is online at the time. I only ask for plenty of notice to get over the timezone hurdles.

Just a head's-up, streaming frustrates me because of the delay on it. It can take between 20-60 seconds for your video to reach your viewers, so keep that in mind when you're communicating in chat.

 

I'd recommend using OBS and Twitch, but the choice is yours.

If you'd like any help, I don't have much experience actually doing it, but I screwed around one afternoon and figured out how to set it up at least. The Media Team would also probably have some info for you.
