Though we have made much progress in the days after the war with the high elves, we must continue to build our glorious state. Making sure each and every citizen is contributing to our state by generating an atmosphere of tranquillity is necessary for the continuance of Laureh'lin. As a consequence you are all reminded that the duties and acts of the Sons are to be respected.  Preventing a Son from enforcing the law is just as burdensome as breaking the law in of itself.
