Diana stands before the town of Cerulin once more. This time, she grips pencil and book. She appears prepared to write as her voice begins in a murmur and rises to a call to action.

"Mali of Cerulin, citizens of our forest. The time of new government drifts closer and closer! The prospect of the new system, sanded down to run smoothly, is nothing short of a reason to celebrate! Make merry while you can; however, save the festivities until you have heard my questions.

In the back of the grand forest of Fi'andria, our bustling city lives! We forget though, with bustle comes a loss of individuality. The voice of one cicada is rarely heard buzzing in the swell of their cries. Fortunately though, we are not cicada! For this reason, I propose a question to our people that needs to be asked. A question that we all deserve an answer to. A question thats answer must be established before government assumes its systematic power!

What do you want from Cerulin? Is it more laws? Perhaps less? Mayhaps you are still in need of a house, lliran! Vocate your complaints, your issues, your desires now - do not wait for the government to come down from the canopy to speak to you. The roots are just as important as the leaves! Speak now, citizens, and take another step towards a more conscientious Cerulin."

Diana prepares to pen any possible responses to her cry.

Demagol calls "Qui' lickin' 'aelun'or's boots. T'ey wan' t'at."

"It's a suggestion, good dwarf. In the type of position Cerulin is now, the best course of action is to obey rather than defy. Maybe then they won't be crushed. You do recall the outcome of that war, don't you...?"

"I would appreciate not being woken by chatters of spiders each night." Ash'ya says, taking a glance around "More torchlight would be much appreciated.."
