[Town RP] . The ratman clearly has been through a lot, and the tattered dirty clothes hang loosely on him. When he is taken to be questioned [insert whatever Rp is to happen here]. When it is over he is let out. God knows what he will do or where he will go. This should only be executed after my lore proposal is accepted.
