The plot is circular and is rather large, containing a pre-existing building of a tavern, and many underground facilities, outdoor seating and a wonderful view of many other places. This plot is an excellent commercial hub, able to be used for all sorts of ideas such as a blooming business or a home for your family. The selling of this plot will also include the dissolution of the Grace Family, ending it's name and title's over all lands, far and wide.
