You seem to ignore the fact that the dark elven capital only accepts dark elves (with the exception of one doomforge), whilst Salvus is more open to all races.

Raise your standards or Elves will continue to be lame, just the truth. Stop thinking just being at the lead of something makes your character notable, actually do something with the position. The Elven states are ripe for opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves, they're downtrodden as hell and a notable figure to get behind can definitely come out of this, get to it.

Honestly, what's so bad about elves as is? We're probably doing the best we have in a long time. When you have a race with a much higher amount of people who dislike war rp and conflict rp, I'd say that success is measured by the ability to live in peace.

 

Also... I mean, for Salvus? Tahjeet could maybe be considered a notable human for creating Salvus, but honestly, no elves there have done much at all worth being noted for.
