The hooded Echo runs through the night, observing the missing posters made of him. He walks into Werdenburg, leaving a note at the gate before he runs into the darkness, heading for Petrus, leaving a note there as well. He does this in all of of the human cities and vanishes before morning. The note reads:

 

   "People of Oren. I am alive. The fanged beast is still breathing. I am writing this to offer a form of treaty and peace between myself and the ones which I descend from.  This treaty will consist of striking the crimes I have committed in the past along with secuirty if and when needed. In return, I will only kill enemies of Oren and not Oren itself. i have chipped a piece of each sharpened tooth to show that I am willing to change for the better. As you see, I have carefully placed a white dove near the letter, attach your denial or approval and let the dove fly away. No need to track it, as the dove will move in all directions until it looses you before it comes to me. I will be waiting"
