Pamphlets would litter the major cities of Athera, only a few minor settlements would be exposed to the pamphlets. 

 

I, George Staunton, require a fine Carbarum Battleaxe, made by a fine blacksmith. I would prefer there not to be any enchantments bestowed upon the weapon, as I possess the skill to do such myself. If you are able to sell me such a weapon, send me a bird or respond by writing a note beneath this pamphlet.
