Still, I would suggest a lot better PR and more public communication to avoid such situations. At this point, all that happens is some guys throwing some random accussations without backup and others jumping on the hate-train. We as the staff whether lower or higher need to re-evaluate ourselves on this server and come to a conclusion on what we are missing and what we need to work on. Not what we need to cut or dismantle but what we need to build from this. No more tearing down bridges guys. We need to be more on top of shiz like this and make sure the decisions we make are thought through and discussed with all parties. We can't keep this up and I guess I am a little disappointing that this happened when we have been so focused on mending player-staff relations. Regardless I am glad this post was made and I hope I never see another like it. EDIT: To clarify I believe this was a lot of poor communication. Between staff members and community. Please stop keeping these players in the dark. Over the last few months I have gotten to know quite a few more of them. A lot of which I thought I would never RP with. Hopefully this will encourage a revolution within the Admin team to weed out the lazy fuckers. There have been lots of respectable and capable players applying to be admins when you have people like Urasept and Menarra on the team. P.S. I once took screen shots of Urasept building in creative for the elves, Was gonna post a BR but didn't want to get swept under a rug. Must note this was around the time all those iron blocks were found and ****. I told him off for it and I think he told me to shut up, R00d boi.
