Medieval British Army Vs Feudal Japanese Army

The obvious answer is the western army for sure, but how do you think it would play out? I know the Japanese have their yumi bows so I'm going to say they are fighting a British army so that they can have long-bowmen. Standard infantry of the times, plus samurai/knights. I am mostly envisioning the battle that was in The Last Samurai as what the Japanese would realistically have, and the British have their normal longbowmen, knights, men-at-arms, ect. I like to think that it would actually be a pretty heavy tolling victory for the western side, but the battle would pretty much completely rest on how the Japanese choose to counter the Westerner's mail and armor, if they even could.

Although the east did have combat formations, the English had a better heirachy in performing these, for example, sergeants every 12 men, that relayed orders of firing, The english shield wall was also a more potent offensive tool, The Fuedal charge would of been ousted by them, But it's 50/50 really.
