A Note Pinned To The Board

On yet another trip to Goodborough, Lorna looks around hopelessly. Not a body to be seen again, curses!

 

She huffs and, as she heads back out of the settlement, approaches the notice board.

She sticks her hand into the small leather satchel by her side and pulls out a worn looking note. 

 

She stands on her tip toes and tacks it to the board with a spare nail already embedded in the wood.

 

The note would read:

 

"Where are you all?

I come day and night and no one is here?

Are there any of my folk still around?

 

At any rate, I'm looking for a home here. Don't have anywhere else to go.

 

If anyone can help me, send a message [MC Name: Laurelin] to the elfski place. It'll find me there. Eventually"

 

With that, Lorna shuffles away - back towards the elves, or towards Oren to her friend. Who knows?

Andwise scratches his chin wondering if he should come out of his burrow and stop sleeping in so much, he decides against it.

On another trip to the village, Lorna looks to her message once more, noting the lack of any written responses. 

 

She won't stop trying, though she might, next time, try and rouse the villages with a shovel to the door.
