By Royal Decree, from His Majesty King Olivier de Savoie, an immediate and indefinite cessation of hostilities between the House of Vladov and the House de Sola is hereby in effect.

The recent feud sparked between House Vladov and House de Sola has boiled over into the countryside of the kingdom. It is at the will of His Majesty, to avoid a lawless state filled with brigands from both sides, that the conflict is halted until an official response to the Ultimatum of Redmark is issued. Any aggressors that would seek to break this decree shall be duly prosecuted by the Crown and levied a determined fee. We give the assurance that a response to the Ultimatum of Redmark will be given in a timely manner befitting the King’s royal duties.
