Despite the recent hostilities between Vladov and de Sola and attack on a member of House Chivay, a house independent of the conflict and just in it’s recent administration. Let it be known, no matter the man, slaying of innocent nobles will not be tolerated in the realm of Adria. Ostromir Vladov, claiming to be the “Black Bear” assaulted Hadrian Chivay. In response to this the Adrian government demands a trial, it will consist of a Kaedrini representative, if the “Black Bear” flees or fights, he will be immediately banished from the realm. He would later be spotted as he strides into Brelus, offering himself up to be detained for the trial.
