At the end of the week one lucky winner will walk away with a sack full of mina!!!! -Kharajyr are forbidden to enter the lottery due to the affiliation of said lottery to the Khalifa Casino Board. -Khalifa Casino Board will tax 40% of the ticket sales to fund the construction and development of the Grand Khalifa Casino. The tax will then decrease by 5% after each lottery, until it reaches 20%. He has his Mesakha(scribe) write a quick decree to combat this lottery. I would like to reassure the Caliph no soliciting of any kind for our organization will occur within the domain of the Caliphate. We respect your views on the chance game being presented.
