Skin:

Dark umber

Health:

In perfect health.

Personality:

Incredibly curious. Known to ask many questions if a topic strikes her interest, sometimes almost too many. Hard-headed and almost too quick to be snappy with anyone who treats her wrongly. If pressed too much, her polite demeanor can turn to that of a raunchy sailor, swears and spits and all.

Can be found at social gatherings, but tends to stay away from the actual crowds and lingers among the group as more of a fly on the wall. She can be personable when approached, however she seems to be more of the listening type in most conversations.

At times it can be hard to speak with her at all, just because of the dedication she has to her artwork that causes her to lock herself away and won't be seen for long stretches of time.

Friends always have the privilege of being tormented by her corny jokes. No one else gets to hear these.

She despises unwarranted touches, except from friends. Hugs, hands in her hair, anything. All of these are reserved for the closest friends she trusts the most.

Shiloh and Her Artwork:

It's clear, no matter if it's a portrait, sketch, or painting,  her all is poured into it. She tends to add a great amount of detail into each artistic task she takes on--so much detail, in fact, that depending on the artwork it can be hard to tell if it will spring to life or not.

She's begun to shift, however, from portraits of others due to a few painful requests that she could not bear to create for personal reasons. Instead, her focus has been poured into her own individual works, attempting to break her own style, piece it back together, mend it into something new. Lately, however, she's begin to delve into works that take up great expanses of walls or even ceilings, challenging perception when able.

Normally, her works are incredibly tame in nature. However lately, she's begun to explore what other kinds of things she can paint, no matter what the result may look like to a bystander. Currently, she's looking for reactions to her work - and meager portraits hardly garner such things.

There are other works that she tends to in her own time, but only those she trusts wholeheartedly can ever see them.

There is a reoccurring sun-headed figure that will occasionally make its way to a piece of artwork without explanation. These normally show up whenever Shiloh attempts a self-portrait of some sort, or if she wishes to quickly portray herself on paper in some way. In her earlier works the moons and stars also show up over and over again somewhere in her paintings. However, their meaning is never explained, even in the artwork that features them, only creating more questions for those who read into the images for too long.

Throughout her young adulthood, her works have become more and more engrossing, intended to almost pull the viewer into the artwork at-hand. From swirling waters to never-ending skyscapes to a sunset sky, these murals all cause illusions to the viewer's perception, (and reality, if they don't remind themselves the view they're seeing is only a painting).

There are other pictures, however, that seem to somewhat spring out of their frames. A man with wings that melt over the frame's edge, a lazy elf's coins that fall forever from a cart.

As she grows older, her paintings show more of a tropical life, small fragments of her childhood or the childhoods of her own children.  Homesickness, disappointment, and guilt are in the notes she writes and pins to the backs of each painting, heavily depicting these paintings were meant to remain private above all else.

Combat:

Although a technical pacifist, she has learned from various sources different variations of fist-fighting, scrapping, swordplay and archery. In a pinch, however, she's more prone to use her nails to claw someone's face to distract them before making an escape.

Alliance/Nation/Home

Anything personal such as her home and affiliations are kept under-wraps. She doesn't speak about anything freely unless she knows someone well enough.
