As word came of an impending threat against the citizens of Aeroch Nor, the call went up for the nations to quickly muster a force of on duty legionnaires and various other soldiers from the ranks of the standing armies of the Coalition. Under the watchful eye of the Lord Commander and other leading members of the militaries the force took to the field West of the city and awaited the arrival of the Uruk under ashen skies. After several hours of waiting the call went out that there was no movement from the East. There was not to be an attack this day. With uneasy sighs of relief, the men returned to their homes while the commanders met to discuss the plan of action.

((Common for the ease of reading))

"Something needs to be done about these constant attacks and raids. They may not have come today, yet they will surely come again when we are less prepared."

"Speak reason to them. Surely the Rex can be reasoned with!"

"No, while they maintain that they have banished Shrek and these other Uruks it is known fact that they still support themselves."

"Aye, then what is to be done..."

Within the hour a letter is drafted and sent by way of falcon to the Rex of the Uruks.

"For crimes against members of the Coalition and for continual harassment of the innocent and free peoples of Vailor, it is been decided that for the good of the future of the realm and the security of peace in days to come the Uruks of the Iron Uzg will heed these demands as reparations.

-An immediate cease to any and all hostilities towards any nation or guild not directly controlled by the Iron Uzg

-Deliver a sum of five crates of iron blocks to the Chancellor of the Coalition so that they may be distributed to the members of the Coalition equally

-Deliver the above listed sum by nightfall in four stone days time ((By wednesday night 9/23))

Failure to comply to this letter and pay the reparations will bring about bloodier and less peaceful results. Should these reparations go unanswered or denied by the Rex, there is no choice but that of open war. Should the Rex desire to sue for peace beyond such a declaration, it has also been decided that the required sum of reparations will increase. It is past time that the Uruk pays the iron price.

Signed,

Chancellor Aelthir Tundrak

Vice-Chancellor Hogarth Irongut

Lord Commander Zahrer Irongrinder
