Known officially as the 1st Imperial Felsen Guard Regiment, this corps of men serve the city of Felsen most diligently, seeking to protect its streets and its people alike. Employed and functioning both day and eve, this contingent safeguards the Orenian capital city of Felsen, proving an important asset towards the efficient functioning required of such a bustling hub of commerce and enterprise. DUTYTo safeguard and protect the streets of FelsenTo regulate entrance to the city of FelsenTo enforce the laws of his Imperial MajestyTo exact punishment upon lawbreakersTo keep his Imperial Majesty’s peace HIERARCHYAn organized force of men is null without an organized system of merit and rank. The Imperial Felsen Guard features a simple yet efficient pecking order, which permits progression through rank for the ambitious applicant while maintaining that quality and worthiness is of the utmost important. CAPTAINAbsolute commander of the regiment, it is the responsibility of the captain that the Imperial Felsen Guard is run most efficiently, to house men in barracks, to keep administration, to pay wages, and to assure himself that the city of Felsen is under law at all times. SERGEANTThe officers of the captain, the sergeants aid in the efficient running of the Imperial Felsen Guard. It is the duty of the sergeant to assign to guards their duties, give orders, and to train the guards of the regiment. The wage of a sergeant is seventy-five gold pieces a year. GUARDFormal members of the Imperial Felsen Guard, the guards are the run-of-the-mill men. Their duties are to protect and serve, and to obey all orders given by sergeants and above. The guard is the most important asset of the regiment, providing most necessary to the proper enforcement of laws and the execution of justice. The wage of a guard is fifty gold pieces a year. RECRUITThe recruit is the most basic of all ranks within the Imperial Felsen Guard. Upon admittance to the regiment by order of the Captain, recruits are equipped and trained to be most diligent enforcers of law within the city. The wage of a recruit is twenty-five gold pieces a year. ADMISSIONTo become a member of the Imperial Felsen Guard, those interested may submit application via mail or via personal meeting with the Captain, Geoffrey Myre.
