Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?: Even if we do not actually break the rules, but we come close to the line an admin can warn or ban us.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Looking through good roleplay servers, i finally found one that interests me.

What is roleplaying?: Acting as a certain character and making decisions by yourself to continue the character's story, or changing it as you progress.

What is metagaming?: Making use of knowledge that the player knows, but the character they play would not know of in any way. 

What is powergaming?: Letting your character have success in achieving a specific goal, without considering the story, other players, or how much power your character actually has.

 

In-Character Information

Character’s race: High elf

Character’s age: 190

Biography: I was born in modern Oren, daughter of Kenia Grove and Illithor Grove, two high elves that had escaped from  Haelun'or, 5 months before the Treaty of Fiandria was created. I was trained and raised by a Wood Elf, Elmyra, so I act much like the race, since she was the only adult I had due to my mother and father dying by an attack from a pack of wolves. I had no siblings, and I am quite shy due to this. Before my parents died, they always told me I was too weak, and needed to stand up for myself. I was always too shy to respond, and if I did i'd probably just say, "I'm sorry, i'll try better." As I was raised to be nice by Elmyra. Elmyra died a few years after my parents died, she was slain by an angry orc she had accidentally shot with her bow when trying to hunt for food. I was devastated, and I was quite lonely. I had no one to raise me or be my side when times got rough. At this time, i was 130.

      I became aware of The Dukes' War in Oren quite quickly, and I wanted to get out fast, and safely. I decided to pack up and leave Oren, I went into the forest and discovered an abandoned farm, I was about 170 at this time. It had hoes, seeds, and buckets in it. I wasn't a very skilled hunter and I was poor due to having to spend all the money we had left to buy food and clothes. I was frowned upon by other High Elves for being poor, and unemployed. I started to teach myself how to farm. During this process I got hurt quite a bit from falling off horses and hitting myself with the hoe. By this, I became quite a good nurse, sewing my scars up and nursing myself when I was ill. I lived in the farm and when I turned 186, I then went back into Oren and started to live like I did before with Elmyra, exploring everything gently and carefully. I sold the wheat and carrots that I had left extra after harvesting and I finally was living how I used to before my mother and father died. Although, I still rarely spoke to people except when trading and collecting my shares after a good harvest.  

      After i turned 190, I ventured out to the forests, following the paths and seeing where they could lead me.

Strengths/Talents: Arching, farming, treating animals, being very fast

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Shyness, not speaking up for myself, people screaming, sword fights

I now know how to put my screenschot and I changed the definitions of metagaming and powergaming based on the wiki.
