Metztli's Library: Reborn

Parchment is placed all around the Enclave of Karakatua, with the symbol of Metztli at the very top.

Along with my return shall be the return of Metztli's library. The entire library is being worked on, new book shelves, an office, and of course, a librarian. However, these bookshelves need books to fill them. A donation chest for books will be set at the entrance of Metztli's Library, where any non-banned books can be donated so that all Kha can learn and gain knowledge.

That said, there are some books forbidden within Metztli's Library. Such books are:

Anything slanderous against our blessed mother, Metztli.

Any tomes worshiping, praising, or in any way referencing (save for mocking) Absyyl.

Any tomes containing knowledge of any false Diety other than Metztli.

Any tomes containing knowledge of corrupting Voidal magic.

Any tomes containing knowledge of the savagery of any manner of Dark Arts

Any books promoting the life of disgusting Ape-Kha

Any books containing the contaminating knowledge of alcohol, whether it is referencing how to make it, promoting consumption, or where to purchase.

If any such books are found within the donation chest, any Kha responsible will be questioned, and depending on the severity of their crime, punished in a certain way, varying from a verbal warning, to humiliation, to sacrifice.

If you find any book, item, or anything you find out of the ordinary, contact either the Tla', myself, or any of the Ja'. Those who hoard any artifacts that are deemed sacred, blessed, or pertaining special relevance towards the Kha' or Metztli and are not brought to the Tla' or Ja's attention will be punished. Selfishness is not a trait of a proper and true Kha.

The Sage Mukar hobbles along the hallways. His eye turns to the notice. With a delight smile, now that his friend and priest from The Ordium has returned, he swiftly heads down to the library. Mukar would appear to be pushing a box towards the library with great difficulty, a few books laid out on top of the box.

((I’ll come by later to rp with you about its contents and the books Mukar is bringing, when you are able to get on that is.))

Kaharal notices Mukar struggling, running up next to him and helping him push. "Kaharal greatlee appreciawts thaw donatiawn, Mukar." She smiles and gives him a little nudge as she helps him push the box into the library.
