Blood Moon Tribe

The Tribes have finished constructing the new fishing boats and production of them begins in the villages closest to the coasts and soon there are people practicing to catch fish with the nets and/or spears if the water was shallow enough. Meanwhile reconstruction and colonization continues, roads being made between the new small village and the Capital along with the other two larger villages continue to go under construction, guard towers, walls and enough houses for the growing populations along with jobs. The iron continues to be made and stockpiled, most being used to replace the outdated stone weapons the military has been using or the stone pick axe and lumber axe's used by the populace. Patrols are done around the temple grounds now to watch over the apprentice and the master, while some patrol the beaches watching for a possible naga tribe attempting to make land again and with the knowledge of the spire's contents, a magically locked vault, work is began in trying to figure out what is inside and how one may open it. New designs and plans are created for a new kind of weapon to be designed while the newly created bow and iron tipped arrow are created and distributed to the entire nation, mainly the army, the main javelin force now using the newly founded weapons instead of the javelins, now able to hold a sword or axe.

~Research and Construction(or summary)~

Bows are given to the nation, mainly the army!

A new design for the swords are created, a Falchion is being designed, a better cutting and slashing weapon (Mod plz)

Colonization is finished and a new smaller town is founded to the west of the Capital

http://imgur.com/lIYAG4z

The attempt at trying to figure out if the vault found in the Spire can be opened (Mod plz)

The Apprentice is continued to be taught by the Master Conjuration teacher

An Idea for a militarized or long expedition ship is brought up as people look at the islands around their own and the coast of the larger continent off the coast (Attempt for a long expedition vessel able to hold many people, Mod plz)

Shalunist Custos

The Custos scouts return to the camp, bringing new of an already settled village where they were going to settle. The scouts didn't get close enough to tell who or how many were settled though. After discussing it with everyone, it was decided that Lyra and four other Custos would approach the village, with the goal of diplomacy.

Yrda and the 3 other Custos would continue to figure out what the new book held. The 20 Researchers would also continue to study the history books.

While Lyra and the other Custos were away, something red could be seen approaching on the horizon. The creature would land on the edge of the camp, and walk straight into it as if it owned the place. When confronted, it asked to speak to the leaders of the Custos. The entire Custos group that remained would gather around the hear the creature's words.

The creature would explain the story of an empire that had been protected by the dragons, and then destroyed by the same dragons that had protected them. As the researchers listen, they realize that he is telling them of the Adamant Empire. The creature explains that it's race does not wish to see the Dragons do such a thing to a new potential empire, and it offers them the power to fight the dragons.

Arcus steps towards the creature, and asks it to return tomorrow, when they would hopefully have an answer. The creature agrees, and as it prepares to fly away, it introduces itself as Dreadlord Yuthor.

Once the Dreadlord is gone, the researchers confirm what it has said. The empire it had been telling them about, was the Adamant Empire. The Custos each spend some time to think it over themselves, and wait for Lyra and the other to get back. The moment they do, they are filled in, before they can report about the village.

The day and night pass uneventfully, and the Dreadlord returns. As he walks into the village, he looks at each Custos he passes, until he reaches the center of the camp, and waits for a reply. Each Custos waits for another to give it their answer, and finally, Arcus and Lyra, hand in hand, step forward.

Arcus: Dreadlord Yuthor. You have told us of an empire that was both protected, and destroyed by, the Dragons.

Lyra: Not long ago, we found a stash of books that told us of an Ancient Empire. That Empire was called the Adamant Empire. The books we found, were history books that confirm your story.

Arcus: Even so, we don't believe in judging, based on only one side. Before we can decide, we need to know why the Dragons did what they did.

Lyra: We ask you to give us a week, so that we may discuss it with our Dragon Guardian, and see what he has to say. At that time, we will give you our answer.

Dreadlord Yuthor accepts this offer, and flies south. He will return in a week.

-------------------------------------------------------

Over the next week, the Black Dragon notices the attempts to receive it's attention, and lands. Arcus and Lyra approach the Dragon, and ask it about the Adamant Empire, and how the Dragon had both protected it, and wiped it out. The Dragon told them how the Adamant Empire had begun attacking Dragons, and killing them, just to show that they could. The Adamant History books, told another story. They said that the Dragons had been revered, and had just attacked them without being provoked. Arcus, Lyra, and the Dragon discuss the Adamant Empire for a time, and then, Arcus and Lyra return to the Custos. Just before the dragon leaves, they ask him to be there when the Dreadlord shows up for an answer, so the dragons can know too. Once Arcus and Lyra are back with the Custos, they pool everything they learned from the Dreadlord, the Dragon, and the History Books. The Dreadlord would be returning soon, and the Custos planned on having an answer for him.

---------------------------------------------------------

Dreadlord Yuthor returns, at the end of the week, for an answer. The Black Dragon does not show, making the Custos slightly more nervous about their choice. As the Dreadlord enters the center of the camp again, for the third time, Arcus and Lyra both step up, again hand in hand, to speak up. Lyra squeezes Arcus's hand, to give him confidence, and Arcus begins speaking, strong, and without fear.

Arcus: Dreadlord Yuthor, we have an answer for you. You come to us, offering us the strength to fight against the Dragons.

Arcus smiles at Lyra, boosting her confidence, allowing her voice to ring across the camp, loud and clear.

Lyra: We are the Custos, and we choose to believe in the Dragons, for better or worse.

Dreadlord Yuthor makes sure that is our final decision. He looks around the entire group, and see's a unified force. They have decided, together, that the Dragons were the side to fight for. Seeing this, he accepts our decision, and leaves peacefully.

THE HORDE OF THE VALE

Warchief Thralm, Sea Witch Vasla'sha, and Drahk'jul of the Kobolds sit in the main hall of Duungrim'ar preparing to hear the Dreadlord's.

Thralm looks to the others "And you expect us to simply take your word for it?"

Vasla releases an irritated hiss "Perhapsss what he tellsss is the truth Warchief....We mussst...consssider...all the possabilitiesss..."

The Kobold stands to give his own comment when there is a disturbance heard from the entrance, suddenly the doors fly open as a young Orc marches his way forward through the hall, Thralm and the others stare at him with an almost deathly look. The young brown orc glares at Thralm and points his axe at him "You sit in my fathers seat...but it is not yours..."

Silence fills the room as everyone takes a moment to collect themselves in disbelief

Thralms steps up waving the Dreadlord aside for just a moment as he confronts what is litteraly the spitting image of Duungrim himself...

"You certainly are your fathers son..." he looks at minor details over the young orc "A basterd...how interesting..."

The young orc growls "I still hold more claim then YOU..Warchief..I am Karguk. Duungrim's blood flows within my veins!"

Thralm raises a hand "Enough!...I will not deny your bloodline, but you are not yet a leader." Thralm points to a seat where the other leaders sit, they share a deathly stare at each other before returning to their prospective seats before listening to the Dreadlord's offer once more.

The 4 of them attend a small council away from the Dreadlord's presence before returning, once again Karguk glares at Thralm, only returning the look before standing before the Dreadlord.

"While we don't take your word for it, we know you are smart enough to know we could simply tell the dragons of your offer and story...therefore i know you are not lying...but the whole truth is not there either-"

Karguk stands from his seat cutting Thralm off "What he means to say is until you have physical proof to show us you are even worth our time, leave..and don't return less you have something REAL to offer...words are nothing compared to action!"

The meeting is disbanded shortly after as the 4 leave the hall, Thralm is standing next to Vasla as he gives a heavy sigh "He truly is his father's son.." Vasla looks to him "But he'sss not hisss Father..." thralm simply nods as they overlook the vast city of Orcs, Naga, and Kobolds.

Shalunist Custos

DIPLOMACY

The Half-Orge's make a deal; Assist them in clearing out a group of {Rieklings} that have taken over the area, and the Custos can claim the area the Half-Ogres are currently residing in.

After the week dealing with the Dreadlord and the Dragon, a force of 250 Custos would be sent with 50 Half-Ogres to deal with the  {Rieklings}.

TACTICS
As the Custos and Half-Ogres march, the edges are told to watch outside the group. Through-out the marchers, groups are told to keep an eye skyward, in case the {Rieklings} attempt to attack from above. The goal to both these decisions is to keep an eye out in all directions, in the hopes of lessening the effects of an ambush. The Marchers would keep going until they reach the {Rieklings} main camp, and then they would split into groups of 6, 1 Ogre to 5 Custos, and would move around the camp, keeping their backs together, to protect their weak points better. They would continue to fight in this style, until the {Rieklings} flee, are defeated, or until the Marchers are outnumbered roughly 2 to 1.

THE HORDE OF THE VALE

Karguk takes the Axe as his gift with an excited grin "I'll name it once its committed a deed in battle.." he walks back towards his council seat ignoring the rest of the meeting for the most part.

As the Demon offers Thralm the book he looks to his left where his most trusted and devote follower and student Lar'kir steps forward procuring the book and stepping back by his Warchief's side. Thralm looks to the others on the council before standing and approaching the Dreadlord face to face "Consider this meeting a success for yourself, but do not over step yourself. We are not allies yet." Karguk looks up raising a brow but says nothing, Thralm continues "You are welcomed to visit us again in a few months. But until I know what you are and what you wish to accomplish with...gaining our support, there is nothing more to say. Stay for a short while if you wish, but don't over stay your welcome.." the meeting is disbanded once again as everyone leaves to take part in their own agendas.

After the meeting is disbanded Thralm goes to his loyal follower Lar'kir "My apprentice..I have a mission for you." Lar'kir looks to him with a confident and excited expression. Thralm places a hand on his shoulder "You have proven to be disciplined and controlled during these...odd times. I want you to take a group with you to the recently discovered ruins and setup camp. Study what you can from this book but be cautious...and when you have spare time explore the ruins, other students will travel with you." La'kir bows to him "I won't let you down Master."

Shalunist Custos

As the last of the Rieklings fall to the Ogres, the Custos look between one another, a little surprised that it was so simple. However, taking no casualities, made them not really care, and they returned to the others in high spirits. However, their spirits quickly dwindle, as they hear what has transpired while they were gone. Yrda, the only Custos still interested in the book after discovering it was necromancy, ran off, 50 other Custos following after her. For this, Yrda was named Yrda Death-Traitor, as is custom, for those who betray the Custos in any way. The 50 Custos who went with her, were given the same name. While the Custos grieved over their lose, the Half-Ogres moved to their new camp, leaving their wooden shacks intact for the Custos to move into. There weren't enough shacks for the entire group, so they rotated sleeping in the shacks, and the tents.

The Custos began working on collecting more wood from the nearby forest so that they could build new shacks for the rest of their people. Arcus took some of the Custos and began working on building a training area for soldiers to practice combat in. Hyo, took some of the Custos and began constructing a mine, so that stone, and hopefully metals, could be brought up to the surface. Lyra took a portion of the Custos, and began constructing farmlands, so they could grow food. A Custos by the name of Brak was put in charge of building and managing defenses for the Custos, as one of the few Custos warriors able to prove himself during both the fight with the Naga, and the fight with the {Rieklings}.  Several others were designated jobs as well. Lyra, Arcus, and Bark are each designated a position on the newly formed Shalunist Council, which is tasked with leading the Custos properly. Hyo would have been given a position, however, it is feared that as Arcus's student, he would be too easily influenced by Arcus. Each of the five council leaders (Arcus, Lyra, Brak, Jis, and Grus) are appointed a "assistant" (Hyo, Kril, Weth, Pole, Twill) which would take their place, if ever something should happen to one of the council members, that incapacitates them. However, in the case of the a death within the council, a replacement will be voted on by the people.

ACTIONS

1. A group of 50 Custos, lead by Arcus, would begin building a practice field for combat. (4 posts)

2.  A group of 50 Custos, lead by Kril, would begin building farms, to provide food. (4 posts)

3. Brak, and 149 other Custos, would begin building walls around the claimed areas. (10 Posts)

4. Jis and 49 other Custos would collect wood for new shacks. (8 Posts)

5. Grus would lead 25 Custos to scout around the claimed territories. Twill would lead another 25 Custos in the other direction, to cover as much ground as quickly as possible. ((MOD))(Red lines)

6. Lyra would send a group of 20 diplomats , with 25 guards, to the Ogre's settlement, to see if any sort of alliance could be made. ((MOD))

The tribes weapon smiths would soon have produced a new weapon named the Falchion, along with a new unified fighting technique called the phalanx, the men equipped with shields and newly developed spears are set in three rows, also wielding a falchion for close combat while the nation continues as normal. Mining continues to produce the iron needed for the nations needs as the mines are expanded deep in the earth while commerce and trade continues to flourish in the nations villages while the newly created, larger boats are tested before more are built, soldiers and sailors beginning to explore the open waters in curiosity. The temple in the capital continues to become greater, defensible but short walls erected around the temples, allowing people access in and out to pray to the two current gods while temple guards roam the temple grounds, the princess now living with the priestesses.

The Trueu looks up from his apple, and takes the report from the explorers. The only animals they could find were Wolves, Bears, Deer, and some human-snake thing. Perhaps they were like the Tiers, on a larger scale? Setting that aside, he called the heads of each of his sections of people in. The first to come in was the leader of the scouts, the Augen, head of the scouts. Next came his eldest disciple, the Gelehrte, the head of the researchers. The head of his workers, the Verwalten, came in afterwards. And finally, after a few minutes of waiting, the Ritter (head of the guards) came in.

(Mod Needed)

The Augen was told to send a small party (20) to observe the Snake-People, and see if they were sentient, and if so, approach them with the intent of allying together. The rest of his men (20) were to be sent south, in an attempt to find other animals, and potential groups of people, or resources. All of the Augen's people would move as wolves.

Exploration Map: http://imgur.com/FeaIONw (Black Line)

The Gelehrte was told to take his entire group (50), and observe the deer, so as to hopefully learn enough about them, to allow transformation into them.

The Verwalten was told to begin replacing the tents with shacks, so the people could live more peacefully (75 People). He was also told to continue gathering fruit and veggies (75 People).

The Ritter was told to continue the guard circulations as they were (60 Guards, moving in 3 shifts, with 5 groups per shift).
