History
From infancy to adolescence, she was raised in Summerhall in the Duchy of Lorraine as the daughter of the Duke and Duchess, before the shift of power in Oren. After Horen came into power and the d'Amaury family was persecuted for a short time (and her mother took her own life), Adelaide was sent off on a ship to Aeldin (more specifically Ulmsbottom) for the rest of her childhood years where her spirited and adventurous nature was able to thrive and the lifestyle of nobility was lost on her. Once she returned she found her father to be missing and presumed dead, and her keep no longer felt like home. At an young age she could be found running amok in the populated human settlements alongside her childhood friend Elias, hesitant to reclaim her birthright and live up to her name.

 

After almost reaching adulthood, she heard news of her Father's return, accompanied by the declaration that she would be wed to Elias. She returned home to Lorraine to sort out family matters, remaining in Summerhall for a year to rebuild the relationship with her twin sister and father. After the year she spent at home, Adelaide eventually did wed Elias and started her new life in Drusco. Elias passed the title of Grand Prince and the responsibility of the Duchy in Lucien's hands, and they left to spend a few years in Ulmsbottom where Adelaide birthed first a boy, then a girl. 

 

Recently Adelaide has returned to Drusco with her younger child, Charolette--so Charolette may properly learn the ways of a noblewoman--and currently resides in Peremont while Elias remains in Ulmsbottom to raise their son.
