Blacksmithing book experience thing whatever up for grabs.

I don't have a particular reference picture for you however I have an old skin that needs to be edited, so at least you aren't working from total scratch.

What I want is the skin color change to GRAY

Incase you missed that, I mean that gray specifically.
Bald for now, can't decide on hair or not and it is not important as of right now.
The necklace must be left alone, it is a family heirloom.
The boots, shoulders and chains must be added to the other.. hat layer.. thing.. I want to be able to switch from 'armored' to just a loincloth without having to change my skin. Just to further make the point clear, the shoulders, wristguards, boots and the chains connecting the clothes must be on the other layer, the belt and loincloth will stay on the bottom layer.
The current shading should stay as is, I see no reason the shading should be changed unless you believe you can make a more stacked Orc.
Jaw is fine as is, same with tusks.
The chains can be changed to a more revealing color over the gray skin, figure it out.
Loincloth and the leather armor color can be changed to Gorkil colors (black and red) should you manage to make it look decent.

That is all. Thanks.
