_Jandy_ 3519 Share Posted November 25, 2015 It was a grand morning, the smell of the prior nights rain coming from the grass as the sun shone to begin the day. Berylla Boffins and Andwise Peregrin were to be wed today. After many hours of preparation Andwise sent many letters to the people of Vailor and made his way to the Cloud Temple, where the ceremony would be. Berylla on the other hand was struggling to get on her dress because she was eight months pregnant. She decided that the dress would not fit and wore her nicest clothes as she went to her wedding. It was a beautiful gathering that was led by a kind monk, romantic vows were said, nice people witnessed and afterwards they went back to Willow Hollow for a reception. As the newlywed couple danced in the middle of the Spiteful Skygod Tavern Berylla's water broke. A strange halfling promised to help deliver the babies as Andwise took Berylla to their burrow that they shared. Andwise laid her on her back when they entered their bedroom and closed the door. The party made their way over to the burrow as screaming was heard from the bedroom which was followed by a haunting silence. Andwise marched out of the room carrying his wife, the two of them covered in sweat, blood and tears yet only Andwise breathed. Berylla was taken to a nice spot and was lain in a grave that was lined with gold dust to prevent any magics from disturbing her. The party watched as Andwise marched in to inspect the health of his children, all four of them. He yet again marched outside and dug a grave for one newborn halfling and lined it with gold, the child was stillborn. Yet on this day three new halflings entered this world.
