If region ownership was as sacrosanct and inalienable as you're claiming, then Redbench_ would still be owner of your entire region, as you never warclaimed to get it back and it was singularly in his hands. Fortunately for you then and in this situation us, actual RP as opposed to entirely OOC regionry has prevailed in the eyes of the powers that be, and the castle's ours. Redbench_ was one person who was not in said region at all during the time of us taking it, RP and OOC as well. Therefor making it logical for Charles to take the region, as even if he was there RPly/OOCly, we would've forcefully removed him. It is illogical for Oreners to "sneak into Urguan" to get into this castle when at the same time they are preparing for a skirmish near Erochland. Therefor leaving Elk's land able to be taken back by Dwarves easily IRP.))
