He has attempted to illegally claim an inheritance, has murdered Duke Philippe de Sola, Count Philippe de Capua, and has committed treason by defecting to the island of Norland. We find his acts of murder dishonorable and treasonous, with the only logical reason to seek refuge in foreign court, is to hide from his crimes and seek shelter with those unknowing of his crimes.
