Elwyn would stride forward across the streets of elcihi, two other Tilruiran attempting to match her pace behind her. She'd continue before stopping abruptly in front of the many Mali’aheral gathered in the centre of Fi’ceru.

"It appears that I once again stand before you, thanking you, Elmali’aheral, for electing me once again as Eltilruir’tir. However I do not stand as an equal to those you did not in fact elect. As it stands half of the Silver Council was not elected. As it stands, this half rule Elhaelun'or as the inherently corrupt triumvirate did, that which was abolished so many years ago."

"This Triumvirate do not discuss matters concerning the State with the entire council but instead amongst themselves. I had not thought that the situation within Elhaelun’or had grown as dire as it had until I received a letter in regards to the desolation of Xion less than an elven day ago when . Those that were both apart of the Order of the Golden Owls as well as the Silver Council acted unilaterally, presuming to speak for the entire Silver Council when the Silver Council acts multilaterally. Until a discussion of the entire Silver Council occurs, the letter address to the dissatisfied Xionists, and whomever else it may be concerned should not be considered the official view of the Silver Council."

"Furthermore, after being approached by oem of the three, I was informed that the Triumvirate require the expansion of Elsillumiran for reform, the details of which I was not privileged. I was told little more than this as ‘I did not need to know anymore’. I was refused an explanation as I assume any other Councillor outside Eltriumvirate would’ve been and I am taken as a fool in their game. These three Tilruiran have become nothing more than the Triumvirate of old."

"It is because of this as well as the unlawfully appointment of these three Tilruiran that I call for the reelection of Eltilruir’mali Taeleh Elibar’acal, Eltilruit’lliran Kelthran Ilwindior & Eltilruir’nor Salazar Elibar’acal, or simply the election as for a reelection to occur, an election has to have taken place prior to it as I previously mentioned."

"Taeleh Elibar’acal had been appointed as Eltilruir’mali by Elmaheral before his predecessor was even intended to stand trial. Kelthran Ilwindior, similarly so by Elmaheral and Salazar Elibar’acal was appointed as well after challenging Irhamir Siil’crux for the position of Tilruir’nor, again by Elmaheral. Though it was once lawful for a conceded challenge to result in an immediate appointment of the challenger, the Ellir Reform has eliminated this undemocratic motion. Thus when a motion is accepted the tribune immediately resigns and is effectively removed from power. In this case, new elections will be held to refill the position. No election was held however."

As of this moment these Tilruiran that act as a Triumvirate should no longer be recognized as Tilruir and I implore you, Elmali’aheral to demand an election for these positions that were not properly elected.

"And so the Laethizian elf rears her head. I fear not your words, for within the law I was so appointed— to lead our people after the idol you now serve defiled our purity with his frost witch scum. And so I had trusted you with my vote. Let it be the beginning of your undoing."

"My position of office was achieved so swiftly because Irhamir Sili'crux willfully stepped down. With no competition and my challenge of office, I was elected immediately. The "Triumvirate" did not need for expansion of elsillumiran, only a notion entertained by numerous members within the council. It was not an official motive and something that has been only discussed about. You, Elwyn Izalith, were left out of the discussion because of your relative obscurity given the large amounts of time spent away from elcihi and short time as Tilruir'tir, though I had full intentions to inform you of our discussions. Such discussions were not major in any way and do not call for these acts.

Your sudden arrival to elcihi and your paltry accusations to the powers that be raises the concern that you seek to undo what is made and rupture Haelun'or back into chaos. You do not speak for the State whatsoever and your nonexistent attempts to discuss your concerns with the Silver Council only bring further proof to your chaotic tendencies. Perhaps the search for the shade magi known as your husband has corrupted your mind, or your intentions have been set by darker powers, We now know not. All that remains is the endless inquisition, for your hasty actions will not go without investigation, for it is certainly in all realms of possibility illogical and foolish." states Salazar.

Kelthran sighed heavily as he took in the words of his colleagues, moving to step onto the stage after bureaucracy had taken its course. He stood tall and proud as he spoke; his voice ricocheting off the sides of the Fi'ceru domiciles, and about the town for all to hear.

"The Silver Council of Haelun'or stands now, bearing a reply to Elwyn of the House Izalith."

He uttered, his eyes flickering over the various members of the audience.

"Know that I ran unopposed for, and was later appointed to, Tilurir'lliran after Delonna Aeleyelsa stepped down from his position and fled the city. My challenge was made the day prior, and no Mali stepped forth to oppose me on the matter. Should Delonna Aeleyelsa; a man who has chosen to flee far from Fi'ceru and supposedly aid in the construction of a coven of Fjarriauga and other such degenerates at the side of Laethis Izalith, return to Fi'ceru and face trial alongside his wife - and be deemed innocent of the vile accusations against him - then I would be happy to indulge you, and the mob of Elves who seemed to suddenly return at your side, by running against him.

Taeleh Elibar'acal was met with a similar fate; taking up the mantle of Tilurir'mali after his opponent fled The Citadel in an effort to avoid his trial. All Elves stood silent that day. No calls to action were made, nor were challenges thrust into our faces. As it stands, I do not see the point of having three councilors run against nobody at all. If pure Mali'aheral house within themselves the desire to step forth and challenge The Silver Council of Haelun'or; then they are both free and welcome, as they have always been, to do so.

Moreover; what is this "Council of Three" you speak of? The Silver Council of Haelun'or is composed of far more than three members - twice as many, if you include the Maheral. Any and all segregation you've convinced yourself exists is either self-imposed, or an outright fabrication. The Silver Council of Haelun'or speaks freely and often, and I know for a fact that many of the current Tiluriran not only voted for, but passionately supported your ascension into their ranks. Do not let the words of Laethis poison your ears, Mali'aheral; come they from his mouth, or those of his few remaining supporters who have not either been revealed as impure, or abandoned the city to join in his cult activity."

Kelthran nodded sagely; descending from the stage in quiet, purposeful steps.

"If the Tilurir'tir has any other insights, she is welcomed now to share them. The Silver Council of Haelun'or will not ignore the people whom they have pledged to serve, be their purpose intentionally destructive or otherwise."

"They were put into their positions to help guide the mali'aheral. We faced incredible threat upon our culture and so did I lawfully push forward the elections in order to receive the support needed to exterminate the problems we faced. This is a poor political trick, Mrs. Izalith and most likely the incorrect one in your current standing, having been married to a now known Shade, Mr. Kalameet Izalith. There may be mistakes as we grow back to our full strength in Fi'ceru but unless there are others who specifically wish to run for the positions there will be no new election. We have enough elections as is and it is not necessary to re-elect them on a whim. Perhaps you felt it unjustified that we removed the impures from their blighted throne but it matters not. It was the right choice. I suggest you continue to perform your duties and discuss your issues with them privately instead of tossing around accusations as if they held any ground politically. Thank you for the time you spent preparing your message, but please reconsider addressing the citizenry in the future, especially with pointless debates. We are doing quite well, mind you. Trying to play your hand at a dead game will do us no good." States the Maheral

Lyu sighs as once again, the metaphorical excrement has stuck the metaphorical cooling device.

Upon hearing word of the speeches, Andria Ith’ael is quick to send a letter to the Silver council.

“Is it not a shame to see our council threaten other members? All you’ve done is proved you are no better than the people you detest, no matter if Laethis Izalith is impure - a fact I agree with. And if you even lay a finger on Elwyn for her opinions, you will show the world what I have come to realise about our blessed state.

We have degenerated into nothing better than petty squabbling with no basis except to gain power. The only coup that came out with a better result at the end was  The only thing that makes your administration better than Laethis’ is that you’re pure.

You complain when Laethis had a private force of his own, yet I can easily imagine certain members of the council using the Order of the Golden Owl to control the government; it is a shame so few remember the coup of Durion Uradir and his Orrarian. You call Kalameet Izalith an impure shade, yet he has done more good for Haelun’or than you could possibly hope to achieve. After you’ve read this letter, you will call me impure for leaving our kind, forgetting all I’ve done for them and you.

Why did I leave Haelun’or? Because the decadence of our kind is terrifying to say the least, debates are merely attacks on one’s character, not on their arguement. Petty insults are more common than a polite greeting. Laethis may have been terrible, but how is what we have now much better?

~Andria Ith’ael”
