The Stone Skin Potion is extremely difficult to make this compensates its effects.

Not if you have a **** load of regents and are a nicely lvl'ed alchemist :huh22:

Which most groups have, like Flays

Slowness literally means nothing, you can run near a group of guys, pop it and then go in. Stoneskin just needs to be outright removed.

It's ridiculously overpowered.

People have the materials in stacks, a bit of time and effort does not justify the overpowered existence of this potion which has made its way into the PvP meta.It may be difficult for you as a lone alchemist to make in quantity, but a concerted group effort pumps them out effortlessly. The downsides of it are hardly anything, it is easily usable in tight spaces or in massed charges with no negative aspect- did you watch the video? He's taking .5-1 hearts per hit while dealing out 4-5 hearts per hit. The PvP on LotC is cheesey enough as it is and this potion is just outright silly

Eh.. I believe that nerfing this would lead to more nerfs and then the devaluation of the alchemist skill... like it once was

Btw if you don't regularly encounter stoneskin potions in PvP, your opinion is basically invalid in this discussion, unless you're a techy, and even then.

Alchemist as it stands is utterly broken, its the most broken skill there is.

Stoneskin pots are actually extremely easy to pump out and can be done at a fairly low level. Dropping the stuff to Res 1 as already suggested would probably be a solid move.

As is, it's what? 20 or so hits on a person wearing normal iron armor with 50% swords?

Things are different on paper than in practice. It may have sounded good, but in practice it's broken.

Alchemists fire, stoneskin pots, instant health 3, frost oil, speed pots, strength pots and plenty more; out of all of them the stoneskins are the only one outright unbalanced. Alchemist's have plenty of things to make, there is no justification for an unbalanced potion that dev's didn't test enough

Ok ok, I get it everyone wants a d-buff because they are loosing in pvp xD

Quite a purile response. I'd take you seriously if you addressed my (and many other people's) points instead of acting 9.
