Unable to Login (Friend's issue)

My roommate, who is under the name MysticRoamer is currently unable to log onto the forums to post her application. The issues she gets is seen below on the screenshot

 

So far shes tried everything from checking her spam folder, to making a new forum account. The accounts she made on the forums are The Mystic Roamer and MysticRoamer.

This is the same thing with my two friends, except they both can't register.

 

it always says that their email / username is available, but when they click submit it says that it's not.
