Direct Leader of the Charter (IG and RP): (NotTodayJerry) Nole Musk

Rebelling Faction Name: Yale

Parent Faction Name: Orenian Empire

Provide Coordinates to Fast Travel destination point within your settlement: -1612 69 -1460 (i think.. but heres a gyazo just in case) https://gyazo.com/6658f4b895c04637263a14eb7f880755

Charter Signatures (Requires 30+): N/A

I, Jerry, fully acknowledge for the duration of the rebellion up until victory in a war-claim against the parent nation or my capital being conquered, my rebelling faction will owe 3,000 minas per week to maintain its own fast travel. I acknowledge that if my faction is overtaken by the parent nation, my fast travel will be forfeit. I further acknowledge the need to provide an RP post parallel to this application that is tantamount to a declaration of independence.

Historically the signatures have not been required, though that should have been discussed with Dohvi prior.

Ya I just copied this over from another application and I put my information in.
If other applicants are allowed to do this, then I feel it should be the same for me.

It also makes sense, if you're rebelling... you shouldn't have a cart or a boat in the capitals docks, it just makes sense logically and rp'ly IMO

Asking as an outsider here, do you have the numbers to sustain a rebellion? Because, if a single man rebelled would they then get a fast-travel? Clearly not, and not trying to assume things, simply questioning for myself, and I presume others would be interested.

Yes, we have the entire rebel force behind our back, as showed yesterday when we successfully defended an unauthorized 9 man raid and killed most of the Gold Corps that were raiding.

Yea. I mean you had to call in high elf support. Even then you had to sit behind lwc doors until 10 more of your non yale friends showed up and joined mid pvp.

The majority of our citizens are not EST time zones.
Yes we called backup, when someone brings 9 people to a raid then you have to call back up.

Let's recap the rules you broke as well. You're trying to start **** for no reason so I will to :)
— Soulstoning from combat
— Breaking raid cap rules
— Breaking raid cool down rules
— Running from role play
— Removing all of his items without region owner consent, from a rebelling settlement, while he was offline, with no prior RP

Go buy some of this, it might help.

-Solved with GM

-You were attempting to kill an Imperial Prince and his guards so more people came to help

-Was on business for region owner given permission from region owner not raid

-We were given permission from the region owner and had a GM oversee it.

I.... I was talking with the dude, he was a nice guy, I can't speak on the other peoples actions, but considering I didn't even have a sword, I find it hard to believe i tried killing the prince and several other guards..

And How much does  a premium pocket GM cost like the one you have? Must be pricy if he got you off all the rules you broke.. Or does this GM just come with sucking Oren's ****.

ah and also, seeing as how your "army" lost to a couple of High elves and then Nar and a couple others... I'd reconsider even owning a computer at this point.
