The Citizen Safety Act , 1572

In accordance to the ruling of the treason case of John Flanor, where those carrying the mantle of law enforcement pursued ulterior agendas for the wellbeing of rebel organizations. It has become a more pressing matter of state that our own citizens and caretakers have protection against the many corrupted influences we battle as a nation, and that the punishment for succumbing to them reflects the sincerity of the situation.

Therefore, with imperial blessing of His Imperial Majesty John III Owyn, the immediately effective Citizen Safety Act of 1572 shall enable our righteous institutions to do the following;

  • Any suspicion of association or indirect contribution to the former Southern Axis can result into unwarranted searches, arrests or calls to court for trial.

  • Any indirect involvement or contribution to the procedures, mandates and organizations of the former Southern Axis shall be seen by the court as treason and therefore making the prosecuted subject to a death sentence if proven to be intentional.

  • Any former organizations or houses once aligned with the Southern Axis will be put under special monitoration and are requested to register their former and current ties to the Southern Axis for the census of the Imperial Bureau of Justice. Failing to disclose ties to the former Southern Axis will be considered treason when/if discovered.

  • All citizens of Johannesburg must have citizenship papers to prove their permanent residence and be apart of the necessary census’.

  • Temporary inspectors will be randomly appointed to clarify whether, and clarify that there are no ulterior ties or mandates from the former Southern Axis.

It is of importance that our beloved subjects remain secure and known in an orderly and just fashion; for the civility of mankind depends on it.
