Bourbon Exports

Employee Titles & Descriptions

 

Laborer

Responsible for doing manual labor and filling assigned Saints week quotas.

Entry Level Position

Pay determined upon hiring

 

Foreman

Responsible for supervision of assigned crew, if member of crew does not fill quota the Foreman is responsible for making up the difference

Pay 25% Higher than Laborer (Ex: 1 Laborer makes 100 mina Foreman makes 125)

(Interview upon request)

 

Sales Associate

Responsible for seeking out orders from various locations

Pay is Commission (10% of Sales)

(Interview Required)

 

Analysis Team

Responsible for Analyzing documents with a focus on Legal Documents

Must have thorough knowledge of Document keeping (Google Docs)

Pay is Salary

(Interview Required)

 

Manager

Responsible for overseeing all Labor employees. Able to fire Laborers, must have higher ranking vote to fire a Foreman.

Must complete Leadership Training Workshop I

Must have thorough knowledge of the craft

Must have documentation skills

Pay is Salary

(Interview Required)

 

General Manager

Responsible for every division of Labor

Responsible for Hiring and Firing Foreman, Laborers, and Managers

In charge of logistics

Pay is Salary
