What’s the rule you agree with the most?: The rule I agree with most is "Harassment - obsessive, malicious or nefarious behavior directed toward another player will not be tolerated." I agree with this rule because I hate to see people being harassed and bullied, and with this rule in place, that does not happen.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was looking for a Minecraft RPG server on 'minestatus.net' and stumbled across Lord of the Craft. I was instantly drawn in due to the elaborate post and whitelist application.

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is adjusting your own behavior to assume a 'role' as someone you are not. Roleplaying is usually done for entertainment purposes, like games or theatre.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you use out of game information to benefit your scenario in the game.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-emoing is when someone exceeds their boundaries as a player and committs an act that is virtually impossible without OOC powers.

Character’s name: Nathaniel E'rick

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Wood Elf

Character’s age: 50

Biography: Nathan E'rick was born in 1478 on the island of Athera. His parents were Nayina Emiela and Flierd Rick. Nathan decided to combined the two last names into 'E'rick' for conveniences sake. His parents named him Nathaniel, but he hates the name. He refuses to go by it, and forces people to call him 'Nathan' or 'Nate'. Both of Nathan's parents are wood elf woodworkers, that lived on the coast of Athera. When the war of the Reformed Kingdom of Oren and the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or broke out, Nathan's father was drafted to fight for Oren. Nathan and his mother were devastated by the news. When the war ended in 1505, Nathan and his mother made the shocking discovery that Filerd Rick died in battle, the family was devastated.

 

In 1513, Nathan's mother died of old age. When Nathan moved to the island of Valior, he wanted to escape the island that gave him so much grief, and start a new chapter of his life. He moved to Laureh in Laureh'lin, and became a woodworker like his father. After a couple of years, he began tired of his tedious job and wanted some adventure. He decided to go on a journey. He didn't know where it would take him, but he was ready. With him, he took a rusty bow and a quiver of 12 arrows, a map of the island, a leather satchel with necessities, and a picture of his mother and father that he kept in his pocket.

 

Personality Traits: Nathan is a very adventurous person, seeking adventure wherever he can. However, he is a bit shy and reluctant to share his personal story with people. Nathan is a very fidgety person, and has a few quirks. He bites his nose, and must sharpen his dagger 50 times each morning.

Ambitions: Nathan wants to find adventure, and let go of the old world, and embrace the new one.

Strengths/Talents: Nathan is great with identifying fauna and flora, and is very wise. He is a great communicator and is a great shot with his bow.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Nathan is not good at directions, he is scrawny in build (not strong), and Nathan is scared of heights and the deep ocean.

Appearance: Nathaniel E'rick is a skinny 5'9 wood elf with long blonde hair and blue eyes. He wears a green tunic with a leather satchel on his back, with a bow and quiver of arrows. He also keeps a small dagger in his pocket.
